Thrifty Mama B's

Yes I've missed 2 weeks of #Mamavation monday posts (Congrats again to the Mamavation Mom winners @lisasamples & @frugalfemina). With traveling, eating out, getting snowed in with little groceries, emotional eating and lack of desire to exercise and not caring what I ate I have gained 10 lbs back on in 2 weeks. I didnt want it to happen of course but I didn't care at the time what I did or didn't do. After doing some reading and praying for all most an hour the other night I am back in this and am ready to get back to getting healthy.

I have drank 32 oz. of water today so far and I have walked 4 miles in about 45 minutes.

Breakfast:
Delights breakfast croissant sandwich- 5 pts
MM light OJ- 1 pt.

Lunch:
heiners 35 wheat bread- 1 pt.
OM deli sliced ham- 1 pt.
ff mayo- 0.5
Special K chocolate drizzle bar- ? havent looked up point value yet
tea- 2 pts.

Snack:
Dont know yet

Dinner:
pork
green giant broccoli & cheese single serve- 1 pt
not sure what else I'll add in

I have dial up internet right now so it's hard for me to join in the #mamavation and #petecohen chats but I will continue to try and as soon as the weather gets clear enough here Daddy B says we will be getting better (faster) internet service.

Success this week? I lost 2 lbs. since yesterday morning and Im not feeling like a failure this week!

Chanllenges this week? Oh yes! As I said before I am an emotional eater. When ever Im sad or upset or mad I eat. Im working on that though. And b/c of my lack of caring/ eating (eating junk and no exercise) I gained 10 lbs back on.

The BOGO dozen eggs coupon for Incredible Edible Egg Facebook fans is now available. You will have to allow the App to access your profile to get it. Then you'll fill in a little information and the coupon will be emailed to you to print. The site is being overwhelmed by people trying to get the coupon so the site is slow but keep trying!

While I was without internet the other week I was doing a lot of blog brainstorming. Did I even want to continue to blog? What do I do to keep bringing readers back? What do readers want to see here at Thrifty Mama B's?

Do I want to continue to blog?In the end, yes. I love blogging. For yall and for me. So I'll be sticking around.

What do I do to keep bringing in readers? Try to post everyday, give more content than just the deal posts, more reviews/ giveaways, better interaction with my comment leavers, respond more on other blogs letting them know that I am reading their stuff.

And the last question is for all of you...
